Our stay was a mixed bag; while the rooms were clean and the pool area was enjoyable, we faced significant issues with the hot water during our entire stay. The staff was friendly, but the service could have been better, especially in addressing our concerns in a timely manner. Despite the nice lunch options at the pool bar, the breakfast was lacking, which was a letdown given the hotel's overall appeal.
